Refund policy

Except in cases where the delivered item is defective due to an error on our part, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Upon receiving your order, please be sure to check whether the item is defective and whether it matches your order details.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items more than 7 days after delivery.
We may be unable to process returns if items are sent back after the return period has expired.

 


《In Cases of Store Error》
If your reason for return falls under any of the following, we will cover the return shipping costs (collect on delivery).
- You received an item different from what you ordered
- The quantity is incorrect
- The item is scratched or damaged

 


《Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted》
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Cancellations made for customer convenience after the order has been shipped
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items returned because they do not match the image or you do not like them
- Items that have been scratched or damaged while in your possession
- Items for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery
- Discounted items, promotional items, sale items, and limited-edition items
- Items purchased at stores other than our official online store

 


《Return Process》
Please first contact us via email through the “Contact Us” page.
When contacting us, please include the following required information:
1. Name of the person who placed the order and order number
2. Order date
3. Date the item was received
4. Name of the item you wish to return
5. Reason for return
Please return the item with shipping costs prepaid. We will process a return, exchange, or refund only after we have confirmed the defect in the item. We appreciate your understanding.

 


《Refunds》
- If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued by your credit card company to your card account. Please note that the time required for the refund and the refund procedure may vary depending on the credit card company.
- If you have any questions regarding the refund amount listed on your statement, please contact your credit card company.
- We will process the refund after the returned item arrives at our store.
- We cannot accept any cancellations after the item has been shipped.
