About Shipping
We use Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport as our shipping carriers.
Depending on the type and quantity of items you order, the system will automatically select either standard shipping or Nekopos.
Please note that you cannot select the shipping method yourself.
*You will be responsible for any redelivery fees incurred if the items are shipped to an address other than the one specified at the time of order.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for purchases totaling 5,500 yen (tax included) or more.
*Shipping is free for both Standard Shipping and Nekopos for purchases totaling 5,500 yen (tax included) or more.
*Please note that we do not ship overseas.

Nekopos Flat rate nationwide 390 yen
*Please note that even if an item is eligible for Nekopos, it may be shipped via Standard Shipping depending on your order details.

Regarding Changes to Shipping Dates
We do not accept requests to change or specify shipping dates or delivery dates after an order has been confirmed.
